My work is quality and professinal. I do paver stone, concrete, retaining walls, landscaping, wood fences, cut and trim trees, irrigation, new grass, new landscaping designs. I have never had complains, my customers are always satisfied.
I love doing this type of work because I feel good helping other people. I love making others happy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first talk to the new client and let them know all the agreements and information over the work and the first payments to start the job. I also let them know how long I will take to finalize the project .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience and knowledge for over 15 years. In reality I know the type of Job I am doing.

I give free estimates and I give the prices out based on the type of work needed.
How did you get started in this business?
I started doing small jobs to people I knew and little by little they started recommending me, with different people and that's how I started growing. I always try to do the best work I can and give it the best quality.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with different types of people. White, Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Italian, Portuguese, Mexican, Japanese, and Spaniards.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent even was when I helped one of my Indian customers make a new cement. And he was very happy and very grateful for my work and he gave me tips. He also decided to recommend me with his other relationships such a family members and friends. This for me is very appreciated.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would recommend to try and contact various people so that you have more options of both work and prices. Also try to talk to contractors personally so that you can find out how experienced they are and if they are able to do the work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First of all you should ask about the process of the work needed. You should also ask them for ideas if you don't know what you need yet. This is so that the work they do can last a long time. And so that it can always look in good conditions.
