never standard pricing system! Lack of custom, individually crafted approach is the inevitable derivative of standardizing pricing in our creative field!

We do ask for $150 - $250 initial Design / Consultation Fee to come out and meet for an hour to best understand your needs, troubleshoot any existing systems and propose a conceptual / overall solution for the project. Next is drawing / designing / mapping the property and producing plans (if needed, normally when permits are required). In many cases we refund the initial fee ( roll it back ) with the installation phase, should we end up conducting any work on the premises in the next 4 mo

We do engage with commercial / public work projects collaborating with other architects and contractors as well and have several ongoing maintenance contacts with commercial property management outfits
