Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually hear them out to get an idea of what they are trying to do and then we run with that idea and create multiple options and once we have a few different options that would accomplish the homeowners goal we send them to the owner and have him choose from one of the options that best suit their budget and needs
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Every job and system requires different size units more or less work additional precautions etc. which affect the price of each job but usually for estimates we don't charge we only charge to come out if we have to Diagnose or inspect the system
How did you get started in this business?
My Father got me started at a young age and my fathers father got him into the trade as well
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types multimillionaire to your average home owner which I can't complain about because they provide us with work and we are very greatful.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had a customer in Pleasanton Janet was her name who we modified their system to increase their Cooling capability and airflow for their central air system and once we finished the job she was very pleased but the best part is after 2 months in a heatwave I received a text message from her thanking us again for doing such a great job she said they're house had never been so comfortable during a heatwave until now.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you want quality get a small company.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
All they have to think about is if they want heating or cooling or both and we'll take care of the rest.
