I'm more for customer satisfaction as I hate it when general contractors rip people off and lie about what's actually wrong. People like this have done this to my mom and when I can't fix something for her because I work in a hospital full time, she contracts jobs out, and I'm always double checking their estimates to make sure the worker/workers are being honest. No job to small for me.
