Alex and his team did an outstanding job. We had a clogging issue in a location that was hard to reach, and was affecting multiple bathrooms. We contacted them one evening after an unsuccessful attempt at fixing it by a different plumber, and they responded right away. The following morning, they came to assess the situation at the time we had agreed. They diagnosed the problem immediately, and had the right equipment for the job. Within an hour, they had fixed the issue, and had both bathrooms working better than ever. They went above and beyond, even cleaning the residue that the clog had left in both showers, after the previous day’s attempt at fixing it. Excellent service.

Alex did terrific work for us. He’s thorough and pays close attention to detail. He walked my wife and I through his entire repair/installation process and was very friendly when it came to answering all of our questions. Our home was built in 1964 and I’m very cautious when it comes to touches our plumbing. What can I say? Alex is an ace. As a veteran myself, it was a pleasure support a fellow veteran’s business.

Alex came out on time to provide a written quote. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. It quickly became apparent to me that Alex is a professional so I hired him to install my new water heater. I purchased a Rheem water heater from Home Depot. Alex picked up the water heater and the required parts and arrived on time to install the water heater and haul the old one away. Fair price and excellent service provided. Ill be using him for my future plumbing needs.
