Tidy Gem Cleaning is a full service green residential and commercial cleaning service. We are fully insured and bonded and we pride ourselves on offerring 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are a minority owned business that was started by a husband and wife team to help provide clients with the ultimate cleaning experience.
I started helping my mom clean homes at age 12 and ever since I fell in love with making homes sparkle. I spent several years working for a large cleaning franchise before I branched out and started my own business. Quality makes a difference to us and we go above and beyond with every cleaning experience.
We fully vet all of our staff to include drug screens and background checks. This makes us stand out alone, because most other clenaing companies only do background checks.
I enjoy making clients happy and making their homes shine. There is no better feeling than a clean fully sanitized home. I started helping my mom clean homes as a young girl and I have been hooked ever since.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with client completing an estimate request or submits a booking online. After that we contact client to make sure we have all the required specifications for their service. On the day of service we show up and comlpete a walk through with client so that we can ensure we are on the same page with what needs to be done. We complete work and make sure client is 100% satisifed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cleaning homes with my mom as a young girl. As a young adult I spent 12 years working for a large cleaning franchise before I decided to start my own business.

We use a flat fee system and our basic minimum price for a home under 1,000 sq feet is $95. We always send two technicans on day of service for every job.
How did you get started in this business?
After working for 12 years for large cleaning franchise I decided to start my own company. I learned a lot during that 12 years, but there were some things I wanted to do differently.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with both cleaning and commercial clients.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were hired to clean a hospital and it was a big job that had to be completed in 6 hours. We sent a crew of five out for this job and was able to get it completed and put a smile on our clients faces.

Ask to see pictures of their work and it is important to make sure they are insured and bonded.
