What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hopefully meet with or talk to the new customer to find out exactly what it is they need or want done and and what kind of products they would like me to use. Also if they have pets or not.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my team worked with Weekend maids for 5 years. I myself worked cleaning and sanitizing homes for people coming home from the hospital. I did that for 7 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Being that all homes are diffirent and the depth of cleaning required is different, I don’t like to always have fixed prices. A lot is taken into consideration. I even consider the personal financial, health and needs of the customer themselves.
How did you get started in this business?
I started up my business after working for others in the cleaning business and not liking the quality of cleaning that was done or expected. My expectations are very high.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds of people. From the nicest people to the quite difficult. I have learned that people are people. They work hard for their money and just don’t want to be taken advantage of.
