Firstly I'm an epitome of customer service! I like to ensure all the needs and deliverables are met. I break down the issue so you understand it in its entirety. With 17 years of hands on experience there's isn't a problem to big or to small. As a veteran I take pride in everything I do. I stay current on technology by reading and practicing (maintaining my own environment)
The best part of my job is that I can take a customers frown and turn it upside down! I'm passionate about math and puzzles! That's all technology is- a bunch of pieces (1's & 0's) place together. I love that I can make technology easy to understand for anyone!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process involves a phone screening to get details about what you need. Once the discovery is done then a quote sent with services and explanation. Once the quote is accepted and payment received then we schedule the service (which can be onsite or remote).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year degree B.S. Computer information technology. I have 17 years experience 10 of those in military service.

Yes my prices are standard and are very comparable with the current market.

I started my business after a recession to give home users access to quality computer services, repair and education without all the hassle
