Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't have a standard pricing because of the vast diffeneces from home to home, for example; a customer that has taken care of their home will need the least amount of preparartion when compared with a customer that has not taken care of their property and needs a different approach for the best results.
How did you get started in this business?
I came up with a solution for the trade and patented it which focused my mind in finding solutions for the residential trade before I came to the Industry to learn the bussiness law and contractiong practices.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential re-painting, new homes and commercial facilities.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We came across a home that was peeling off its exterior paint, and the Owner had no idea why their home was reacting this way. After she had received multiple quotes and talked with many professionals she was not able to receive good advice.
when she called Painter Tech, we were able to diagnose the problem which end up being "efflorescence" and nobody caught it, I was able to reccomend the leading products in the industry and the laboral practice that we offered, when she heard it it all made sense and we were able to perform the most efficient solution.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you hire a licensed contractor
know the differenece and the liability between a "contractor bond" and "workers compensation" will save you thousands!
Test the contractor's knowledge!
