What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During a booking call, our courteous management team will ask the customer their cleaning needs, how may bedroom, and bathrooms are in their home, what are their focal points to be cleaned?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in healthcare custodial maintenance, floor care maintenance, bloodborne pathogens clean-ups, my wife has a business degree and have been cleaning for 15 years. We train new employees to a higher standard of perfection, where our cleaners pay very close attention to detail.

How did you get started in this business?
We are a family based business and decided that we wanted not only to clean houses and provide smiles to our clients but wanted to create jobs for people in this horrific COVID-19 pandemic.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
a customer shower door was ridlled with hard water spots, and soap scum but with the chemicals we use we were able to make the clients shower door look brand new as if it was just installed.

If you want your house cleaned effectively the first time call us so you can feel the difference of clean.

Do I need a standard clean? Do I need a deep clean, what about my baseboards or inside of the oven? how many cleaners would you send?
