What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting, I like the customer to explain to me what issues they're experiencing with their technology. After asking a few questions of my own, I'll formulate a plan of attack to remedy the issue and follow up with training and usage if requested.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Seniors, college students, small business owners, private residents. I'll work with anybody that needs assistance within the scope of services that I offer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't necessarily go with the first pick or cheapest provider. Investigate, read reviews, and remember that there are a lot of professionals out there, but beware because there are a lot of "hobby providers" as well.
