What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation over phone and set appointment for client to drop off computer for diagnostic which is free if customer leaves for repair.
Repair computer or order parts for repair.
Client picks up their computer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The 18 years experience is, I feel, a nessessary requirement for good training and education in the IT field. I also have 3 A.S. degrees in Network Design, Network Administration and Information Security which also includes Cisco CCNA and CCNP that covered programming of very high tech switches and routers. I'm also trained in Computer Forensics.
My Customer Service experience goes back 21 additional years with a successful Sales and Marketing career working with several Northern California radio stations and Home Improvement companys.

Our pricing is the lowest industry wide which are as follows:
Drop Off to our location is $29 per hour plus parts and quoted and approved for the total amount by the client before we start.
On site is $57 for the first hour plus parts and $29 for additional hours preapproved by client before we start as well.
Diagnostics is included in the repair pricing and the cash value is equivalent to one hour if there are no repairs.
How did you get started in this business?
Prior to computers I worked in Home Improvements as a roofing contractor which finally just became to hot in the Sacramento summers so I turned a computer hobby into my next career working inside in an air conditioned office.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all kinds of different customers from business to home customers but really they are all just one type of customer. A customer that is frustrated and looking for solutions for their computer problems, and then they meet me!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look at experience, warranty then price.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should think leaving it to the pro and asking them the questions.
