Very professional and honest, does a great job and takes pride in his work.
Remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms. Installed all cabinetry, plumbing, appliances and tile work, supervised the electrical and quartz countertop installation.

From day one, The Handy Helper did amazing work on multiple jobs at our house. From remodeling bathrooms to difficult reconstruction of structural defective areas we could not have been more pleased with the meticulous high quality aspects of the completed work. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After communicating with the customer. I have them email me a list of their needs or we meet. I review and respond with what I can and cannot do When the customer and I agree. I set a date.

I have worked over 30 years with different types of construction contractors
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Depends on the job. Sometimes by the hour or a flat price If the size of the job requires additional helpers, a flat rate will apply per helpers expertise. When I bring in Licensed Subcontractors , their cost is passed on to you. I Don’t mark up my Subs.
How did you get started in this business?
Even though I had a full time job, I would always have folks asking me to help them with their projects. Over the years it enabled me to gain the knowledge I needed. In 2019 I decided to make it my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for many people from all walks of life.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
After doing a master bedroom and bathroom remodel for a repeat client. When I talk with the client or a referral from him. I always hear the same thing. When my client wakes up every morning, he feels like he is staying in a 5 Star Hotel
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Take a look at my reviews. And take into consideration that the majority of those reviews, I have done multiple projects for the same client.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Create a list. Review the list, determine your priorities and set a budget. Take into consideration, additional expenses, due to unforeseen circumstances discovered during the process.
Rule of thumb, add an additional 20%.
