What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like to meet with them and look at what they actually need so I can give them a bid. Manuy times I can suggest ideas that can improve on their idea and / save them money
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always attend World of Concrete in Vegas, regular training classes on new products
How did you get started in this business?
The day I grauated from high school (1978), my neighbor asked me if I wanted a job in concrete. After a few years of learning, I ventured out on my own. I absolutly love the concrete industry.
