Over 20 years of experience working with property managers to perform various repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to residential, multi-family, and commercial properties. Recent experience includes working with investors to setup and stage properties for Airbnb. Which includes assembling and installing furniture and fixtures, installing appliances, TV mounting, smart devices, cameras, ring bells, sensors, keypad locks, etc. I would further support these investors with short notice maintenance and repairs on these properties.
