What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out the top priority for each customer. Then I attempt to identify a small service such as stripping the bed washing the linens and remaking the bed that makes that client feel extra cared for. Finally when I leave the house should be clean and in order and smell AMAZING! wherever you look tidy and in order, nothing left to be done.
