What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon hearing a customer's request we scedule a walk-through to be able to provide an estimate. Once the estimate is provided and approved, we schedule work to begin as soon as possible. We maintain open communication throughout the project and follow up to make sure our customers are satisfied with the work and progress being done.
