President of the California Real Estate Inspection Association for the past four years.
Qualified California expert witness for architectural and construction defects for 23 years.
I have loved the design and construction of properties from my days as a teenager, visiting construction sites after the workers had gone home. Attended Brooklyn Technical High School (an engineering high school in New York). While I just recently (last month) retired from general contracting, I still enjoy providing design, construction management and expert witness services. I will be retiring from property inspections end of this year.
