I have been in business for myself since the 80`s I understand customer service and have many happy clients in Palm Desert.
Im a mature adult, I and hire younger girls who I train, watch over and accept only excellence. I will always be at your home supervising while it is being cleaned.
Its rewarding training young girls who are not able to support themselves and teach them a trade that allows them independence and keeps them off of Welfare. Many go on to start their own cleaning businesss.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client and discuss what needs to be done, how they like it done etc. Every home and client has its own personality and needs
What types of customers have you worked with?
My husband is a Realtor of 20 years in Palm Desert. His clients, mostly Country Club folks were constantly in need of help with their homes. About 10 years ago I started doing this full time. I do a little of everything, shopping, running errands etc.. but my main bred and butter is cleaning your home and Condo.
I work for people in 4000 sq.ft. homes in The Springs C.C. and Behind the Gates in Indian Wells C.C.I also clean 1300 sq.ft condos in Palm Valley C.C. The one constant in all these homes is they need to be Very Clean
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get someone who is personally responsible for your home. In my world the buck stops here, i accept total responsibility for my helpers and my work.
