What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically we pick a day to meet and do a walk around the property or project. I also explain a bit about how I manage the business, billing also offers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been learning from my dad when i was younger. he has been in business over 25 years. I'd say I have around 16 years experience. genaral maintenance knowledge, Irrigation repair and Installation, tree trimming, landscape desig, pavers Installation, hardscaping, also if your interested in a project we can try to give you a visual of what your thinking or want before we even start prepping.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It varies. But when i give a proposal i make sure it's detailed and clear that way we are both in the same page. For bigger project or a higher than what you expeted ask me about Monthly Payment Plan
How did you get started in this business?
since the age of 13
helping out my dad on saturday's. Somehow i ended up having a passion for my work because there's always something new to learn. Learned by mistakes. Got my equipment little by little have had ups and downs, But yeah get to know me and if there's something I don't know how to do I'll tell you straight up.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with every type of customer. By being around many people I found out that every customer is diffrent. We work with you to build a succesful business relationship and make sure you get the most out of services. Communication and involvement are key.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Well i guess all I can say is that there is work for everyone. Aslong as you are 100% sure with who you hire, the job eventually is going to get done.
