Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Knowing your customer and earning their trust is vital when it comes to business. So with new customers, their interests and how they want the job carried out is my priority.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I like to apply new skills I see when working in concrete. Putting it into practice is very critical, so for all the years I've spent in doing concrete, I am always open minded to my customers' demand and how they want it to turn out even if I'm doing it for the first time, I'm always willing to try.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I honestly don't have a standard pricing at all times. Sometimes there are factors that affect it like the area where the job is and the cost of materials.
How did you get started in this business?
Working alongside men who specialize in concrete makes me realize that I myself can start my own. After years of learning and picking new skills from people who hired me, I finally had a desire to start my own and developed a passion for it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with different customers, from basic home owners to those from big property management.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent job I did with my crew was for a guy who specialize in construction, it sometimes gets a little scary to work for people who are more intellectual in the field you are in but putting your experience to the task is what makes the difference. It was shocking to see how satisfying he was after we convert his whole backyard from what looks like a little jungle to concrete.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say that quality of the job is always important. Price can always be negotiable but the quality however is what will bring satisfaction.
