Trouble shooting By questioning to customer then I will do a physical checkup on the computer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am use to run all my computer and built them in my business since 1996 from window Xp to current Window 10.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$100 Trouble shooting fee, If I can not found the solution no charge and if you like the me to finish the repair then the $100 will be off set and My cost will be $65 per hour plus cost of hardware.
How did you get started in this business?
I use to be a freelance computer repair for fun and business, while I am a Architectural Designer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal computer and for business.

I like to said most of the time the cause of my customers are USER ERROR. If you know what I means.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Tell the problems and see how they can come up will a plan to fix it. Normally, a guy should able to figure where the problems and how he can fix it by knowing the trouble.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Restart the computer and see if it work and check all connections are correctly place. If you are handly try You Tube with your problems or the manufarturer website for more informations.
