What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will come out and provide potential customers with a free estimate. Should the customer decide to hire us, we then draft up a contract which explains the total cost of the job and an estimated completion date. Upon signing of the contract, we request a deposit in order to help facilitate the cost of material. Once all of that has been completed we will then begin work.
