What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to develop a relationship with all of our clients. We send out a professional estimator to go over the scope of your project. Then, the offie manager will either email it to you or personally bring it out if email is not available. This is followed up with call to ensure that estimate was received, or if there were any questions, followed up with another call or email in a weeks.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that they have their contractors license, and that they actually know what they are doing. Many people protray that they do, but in reality, they do not. Make sure that they have you sign a contract, make sure that they do a final walk-thru with you as well. Be involved.
