What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step One: We connect.
Get started on your painting project by doing a free online estimate. Our team can also come to your home and discuss additional details of your project during a time that’s convenient for your schedule.
Step Two: We consult.
Before preparing a detailed proposal, we will do a walk-through of your space. We’ll also get to know you and your home through our Certainty Pledge, so that we can customize the way we work with your daily routine.
Step Three: We paint.
Working from your project’s detailed proposal, the painting crew will provide best-in-class service, including cleaning up at the end of each workday. A job supervisor will manage the team, deliver daily updates to you and address your feedback along the way.
Step Four: We follow up.
In addition to a final on-site inspection, an independent quality assurance team may contact you aftr your project is done to get feedback on your project’s final results and your overall experience with Johnny's Custom Painting, Inc
