We typically offer prices based on the project requirements. Our quoting process will explain in detail how we get to the costs involved. We aim to be a lasting solution provider and are always thinking about the longterm relationship.
How did you get started in this business?
Just before "the year 2000" when everything was on the line...technology consulting was becoming increasingly necessary and I was lucky enough to find my role as a solution provider.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work primarily with local small businesses but our breadth of clientele is vast and includes leaders of industry with a strong focus on legal, entertainment, financial and manufacturing. What we do that makes us unique is we also bring our sophisticated approach to residential clients as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are growing in our Cisco Meraki partnership and are overjoyed to be bringing these offerings to our clients to provide a secure and strong network foundation. One of our 20-year clients just had us upgrade their entire network stack so they can begin to build the future of their law firm. We love that we were able to deliver the technologies that will drive their growth and success for the next 20 years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be clear on what you need and be open to considering a range of solutions but at the end of the day, only work with people you feel you can trust. Go with your gut.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Technology at its best is a critical tool to allow us to achieve our purpose. Is the technology you use day in and out serving your purpose in business or at home? What are your needs right now and what are your aims for the next 5 to 10 years. How can the solutions we offer serve the expansion of your life and business?
