What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we ascertain what the problem is, provide a quote prior to the work when the computer is dropped off. When we go onsite, there is a 1 hour minimum charge for all visits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 + Years of computer repair experience on the job working for local South Bay companies. Software and hardware servicing on a daily basis and on weekends I earned a BA degree from Cal State Dominguez Hills in Business Administration with a focus in Computer Information Systems as well as an AS from El Camino College. I’ve also received certificates working in software programs
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Onsite hourly rate is $70 per hour with a 1 hour minimum (if your within 10 miles of our location)
If dropping off your computer, the price is $60 per hour
How did you get started in this business?
Established in 2004.
Computer repair since 1997. BS degree in Computer Information Systems and over 20+ years on the job technical knowledge. After years of fixing, rebuilding and servicing computers including networks and all things computer related; I've started off on my own and my business client list has grown ever since with consistent repeat customer business. We service small business customers as well as home; both onsite and drop. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I'd advise you to look for experience and a college education in the field, at least 10 years of on the job daily experience.
