This doctor makes house calls. I like to look at them right where they're at so that we can fix the problems that need to be repaired or adjusted for the end user not for what I believe needs to be fixed or adjusted.
That's such a hard question, I love technology. It floats my boat. It excites me. What more can I say.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Of course it depends on the problem. We discuss what the issue is, when possible solutions there are., And what actions were going to take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to a trade school in New Jersey for networking. Worked at RadioShack for four years in the computer department. Build systems and supported technical issues for point-of-sale systems for six years. Supported printing for Catholic healthcare west for three years. Was second level support for small a computer company.

Mostly I charge by the hour. There are certain processes that I charge by the job. Want to know more on that give me a call.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always loved Computers since the 60s.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My focus is primarily home users, helping older people understand technology. I can fix hardware, software, and teach people how to use computers. So anyone that has issues I can support.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
Basically any of the older people who tell me they can not learn computers, I work with them for an hour or so and suddenly it all comes to them. It's not really suddenly it's that I teach them using things they already know.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to them, if your sent to a touch tone system and they can not call you back within a reasonable amount of time they are to big for you. Keep in mind, problems do happen, so be patient as well.

What is the end result they're looking for.
Is this person they were talking with being truthful or trying to get their foot in the door.
