Went to a trade school in New Jersey for networking. Worked at RadioShack for four years in the computer department. Build systems and supported technical issues for point-of-sale systems for six years. Supported printing for Catholic healthcare west for three years. Was second level support for small a computer company.

what is the exact reason for the call.

Is this person they were talking with being truthful or trying to get their foot in the door.
