Dawn and Chris are awesome. They clean our business windows and also house windows and solar panels.
They are punctual and flexible. After cleaning the windows they come back and check on their work making sure that we are happy with their work. We highly recommend them.

I had grease from my grill spill all over the pavers in the backyard. I contacted Dawn, and Chris was able to come out same day to pressure wash.They were both great to deal with and will be using them in the future for upcoming projects. Thanks guys!

We so appreciate the responsiveness of Dawn during the initial contact. She was patient with me as I tried to explain what was needed. We needed several windows cleaned, along with the screens. And a skylight. We are very happy with the response time of Chris. The work was good and although he missed washing one of the panes, when we noticed it he came right back to get it done! That screen seemed a little dusty still, but we used a damp towel on it and it was fine. There was a lot of old film to clean off in addition to cleaning the windows and we appreciate the effort. Overall, good price value. Will use again

We gather information from them so that we can understand their property and their expectations for the services we will provide. We will generally request to see the property on Google Streetview or Earth. This gives us a idea of the accessiblity, type, and approximate count. So that we can provide the customer a estimate via email, text, phone or web apps. We like to know also when was the last time they were cleaned. We also have no problem coming to the property to do the estimate in person. We explain or process and how we do the job.
