We are 100% Customer Experience and Results Focused. This is why we are open 24/7 because it isn't about us, it's about being available and accessible for our customers whenever they need us. We are fully licensed and insured with Workers Compensation and Liability, we are insured to work in Medical Facilities and to go above and beyond 3 stories, COI's (certificates of insurance) available upon request. We also offer maintenance plans for everything including, windows, solar panels, rain gutters, pressure/power washing your roof, siding, porch, patio, deck, walk ways, side walks, drive ways, garage or a complete home soft wash, discounts will apply depending on frequency selected.
Well since window cleaning is considered to be a Luxury service, we know the customer don't have to have their windows cleaned, they choose to. So we want to make sure their expectations are being met and their total experience is 5 star. Window cleaning is the easy part (sometimes, there are challenges for sure aside from the physical demands), we know that not all customers are alike and have different views so the overall experience is what people want and deserve and that is our joy in the work we do.

Dawn and Chris are awesome. They clean our business windows and also house windows and solar panels. They are punctual and flexible. After cleaning the windows they come back and check on their work making sure that we are happy with their work. We highly recommend them.

Chris came over and made my windows look brand new. He knows what he is doing and I will definitely have him come back again. However is thinking about getting your windows clean, he is the man, and you won’t be disappointed.

I had grease from my grill spill all over the pavers in the backyard. I contacted Dawn, and Chris was able to come out same day to pressure wash.They were both great to deal with and will be using them in the future for upcoming projects. Thanks guys!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather information from them so that we can understand their property and their expectations for the services we will provide. We will generally request to see the property on Google Streetview or Earth. This gives us a idea of the accessiblity, type, and approximate count. So that we can provide the customer a estimate via email, text, phone or web apps. We like to know also when was the last time they were cleaned. We also have no problem coming to the property to do the estimate in person. We explain or process and how we do the job.
