What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer any questions they may have about there project, even if they want me to come back a 2nd time to answer more questions. Its there home, I always make the time.
Never presure a customer in accepting my estimate, give them time to think about it.

Over 30 years experience in many of the construction trades. I am also a California licensed C7 contractor (in-active)

My hourly rate for services: $55.00 per hour. Min. (1) hr.
How did you get started in this business?
Started with a General Building Contractor building and doing home additions when I was 18 and attending college. I enjoyed learning everything I could about the different trades growing up and became pretty good at it.
I made it my career.

Police Officers, Fire Fighters, Doctors, Local home owners,
Commercial building management companies, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
2020 has been a very trying year polically, health wise, and taking care of family finances, for most americans. My fondest moments are being with my family and friends when ever I can.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make a precise list of the repairs / projects you want done.
Ask pertinent questions about how the pro would go about doing the work in question and inform the pro... no future change orders. You want an estimate for all work to be performed in (1) estimate.
Check for Workers Comp. Insurance if needed & Liability Insurance.
Get (3) references and call them.

Make sure your work checklist is in order so your confident in what what repairs / projects you want done.
