What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically i setup an appointment with customer ask what availabletly they have and i show up and take the proper measurements and give the customer an accurate qoute.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I stayed I have 25 years of experience I learned my craft from the cement Mason Union local 600 and I'm perfecting my craft with the city of Los Angeles now

How did you get started in this business?
My grandfather got me started saying this job wasn't for everybody is going to be hard work, and I ended up loving it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
As for me I only ask for a 10% deposit and then I pay for services along the way do not ask for the final payment until completion of project
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Know what kind of concrete finish they want either stamp broom or color or patterns
