Pets@Home Sitting enables pet owners to enjoy their time away knowing their furry babies AND their home are being cared for by an induvidual who is trustworthy, reliable, experienced and able. I've been in the Veterinary field for more than 20 years, have been a home owner and renter, pet owner and lover, sitter, walker, drop in play time and just about any other pet related position there is. Providing a safe and comfortable environment for pets is number one, so what better place than home!
Services:
Mail pickup including newspapers and deliveries, plant maintenance, trash day can out/in, pool man/service man/gardener entry/observation, grooming or veterinary appointment, simulate home as if you are, routine feedings/walks/poop duty including litter boxes, medication administration, play time, general grooming when needed (brushing, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, nail trim, anal gland expression) and much more. *Overnight stays available upon request, determinate upon length of stay, pet and owner needs and location.
Knowing that your home and pet(s) are in good hands relieves the anxiety that the "what if's" tend to manifest. What if there's an emergency, natural or otherwise disaster, what if I forgot to lock the door, pick up the bathroom trash, turn the coffee pot off etc ... Rest assured I'll make sure your mind is at ease.

Everything! My passion is of a 4 legged one. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the excitement expressed that moment you walk in the door, relieve their pain, feed a starving one, play/walk them or when you're winding down and snuggling. However it doesn't end there. I have a very keen business sense. Consulting is a necessary industry and a businesses best friend. Need help with staffing issues, benefits concerns, new hires or terminations, inventory control or maybe just a fresh pair of eyes to catch what you've missed. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk over the phone to gain an idea of their custom needs, requirements, history if relative, timeframe of task requested and an overall rundown on myself and qualifications.
A meet and greet appointment will be set if both parties should choose.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years hands on experience. Certifications in Animal Behavior, Emergency First Aid and Wound Care.

I no longer wanted to work for someone else :)
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had the pleasure of working with some of the greatest customers ever. From all different walks of life, each with their own requirements and demands and all from diverse backgrounds.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't ever hire anyone for anything if you're not 100% comfortable with them as an individual, confident in their skill set and pricing structure. Always follow your gut instinct to avoid disappointment later on.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Instead of outkinuou questions to ask I'd rather give a piece of advice.
Whatever your project is, research that project as much and as detailed as you can to ensure that when you do reach out to a pro you're firm in your request and vision on final outcome. Research will lead to questions which many will be answered simply by what you learn from the research done, thus reducing the time consumed by q&a leaving room for the project to begin. FYI it also shows your pro that you know your stuff.
Business needs and Animal needs are rather different and can involve complex questions.
