What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Well for a first-time client I treat them with kid-like gloves and as a VIP. All my cleints are VIP (Very Important People), so I usually discount service hours and I make sure

it's very comfortable working on their Computer. I like to teach my clients some of the basics for Affirmative action, so that some of the issues with their Computer they can resolve themselves. When I am onsite at their location, it's like paying for a Computer Class and I come to you.

After everything is ok & tested I make sure that my client

is satisfied with my services.
