What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask to see the desired home/space for cleaning prior to a giving quote. The prices I have listed are just an estimate overview. After initial walkthrough actual pricing and hourly rate will be determined. During walkthrough I explain why I gave/set price quote based on the cleaning/detailing I provide. If I require an extra hand to assist it will be included in quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with an agency prior on top of helping housekeeping when I worked as a front desk agent for a hotel.

I got started with a neighbor, then ventured off with a family member. Now I work solo unless the job requires an additional person.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all all kinds of customers. I make it my duty to learn something from each interaction. Regardless of a good or bad experience. I don't take anything personal.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Hearing my son get excited over the fact all family members were present for his birthday.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The best workers are those who can negotiate and come to agreements. Also allowing time frames to renegotiate quotes given previously.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are your trouble areas vs non trouble areas. The difficulty and cleanliness of what is being asked to clean or maintain.
