Here at Mrs.Robinson Spring Cleaning Service we love to help people keep there place clean. This is where you can get spring cleaning all year round. We keep your house dust and germ free as much as possible. We use eco-friendly products. You will have the same housekeeper as long as you are with us. We work with our customer to come up with the best schedule for them and the needs they are looking for. You can schedule a cleaning for weekly, biweekly or monthly. We are open 6 days a week.
I enjoy seeing people happy that their place smell good, looks good and is a place they want to be in. To know that I made them happy is enough for me.

My typical process for working with new customers is to go to there home and sit down with them and discuss their housekeeping needs.

I have 7 years of experience in residential and industrial cleaning. We talk about the price and expectations.

I have a standard price that I go by and then I go from there and come up with a price and needs for my customers.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business when I was a teenager my sister use to take me with her on her cleaning job.

I have worked with a diverse of people from all different backgrounds and ethnicity.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a elderly customer and he could not get in contact with me he had missed placed my card. I had called him because Iknow he like to get his place cleaned every other month but I had decided to call him early because COVID had just started. He had said he was so glad I thought about him in this crisis. I did a good disinfectant and gave him a discount for it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to make sure you both know what you expect out of each other and to always get it in writing so that you both know what you agreed on.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much are they willing to spend. And what are they expecting from the pro and is it doable. And last know what you want done because they can not read your mind.
