We take training very seriously, and are certified and accredited in the proper cleaning procedures to deal with COVID-19 and offer a variety of services including electrostatic disinfection spraying for all homes and businesses!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer will typically contact us via email, online message, or by phone. From there, we listen to the clients needs and create a custom cleaning plan to best fit their specific needs and requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have received several certifications in residential and commercial cleaning, as well as proper disinfection practices especially related to COVID-19. Our education and training is a never ending on going process to ensure we provide the best services possible!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a variety of clients ranging from many residential customers to large businesses such as Panda Express, Knotts Berry Farm, Hoag Hospital, and many more! We provide the same high quality services for each and every client.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We would suggest checking online reviews, while keeping in mind that not all reviews or review sites are created equal. No matter how great a service may be, they will likely have at least some poor reviews as it is impossible to fully please everyone even though here at Evergreen Cleaning Co. that is our goal and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! Secondly, we suggest to ensure that the company is licensed, insured, and bonded! You may find an independent housekeeper that offers a cheaper price, however, they are unlikely to be insured, and would cause you to be responsible for any accidents that may occur as well as tax obligations.
