Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and establish an understanding first on what they want. I then talk about the budget and whether the client wants to do more or less. Hopefully from there I get a lot of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Alone I have over ten years of experience working with iron, cement, carpentry and water proof. Not including the combine knowledge of all my foremans and journeyman having 15+ years in the construction industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All depends on what the client wants.
How did you get started in this business?
My dad has been a super intendent for over 25 years, so the trade was always natural to me. Having worked along my father for years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My work has gone from making piers to building parking lots with apartments. I've made basements with multiple floors, slabs and footings. I'm more than confident I can create what any client wants and I look forward to it!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I'm always very fond to hear a client is happy with my work, and can connect me with others so that I can grow. I'm confident word of mouth is all I need in order to become succesful.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advice all my customers to not only have an idea of what they want to do but also what it would typically cost. I'm always happy to do the process based on what materials I will need.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about how much you can spend at a time and the salary for the workers. I can do things quickly with a lot of people, but I am also confident that a lot of people are not required depending on the job. It is always better to have the right amount of people to get the right amount of work done.
