What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with an introduction followed by a detailed discussion of the repair needs of the customer. we then used the notes from the discussion with the customer and then start to research and analze requirements of the job.The customer and contractor will schedule a job walk prior to completion of an estimate. Once the customer accepts the estimate for the work, a signed contract will be created between both parties.
