What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I take several before pictures upon arrival. I do a walk through with the client. After doing a walk through I allow my customers to take inventory of my collection of cleaning supplies just to see if they have any concerns. After the cleaning I do another walk though with the client taking several after pictures and then I leave.
