Customers call me and I introduce myself and my services to them.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified Computer Technician

Certified Electronics Technician

18 years of working in the field, including working for major tech companies as a contractor in the San Fernando Valley, CA. 


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Generally, I charge $80.00 per hour.  And I usually give my customers a discount rate on the 2nd and 3rd hours (if any).


How did you get started in this business?

My love of computers and my innate ability to trouble-shoot problems or issues.


What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly home users of computers and some small businesses.  I worked for Healt Net, Woodland Hills, CA for the Apprentice, on Mulholand Ave, Los Angeles, and AT&T all as a contractor for various lengths of time.


Describe a recent project you are fond of.

Helping keep the neighborhood clean and I have been working with neighbors to keep it that way.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for an honest tech who will give you advice that you can count on and will honestly evaluate each job accurately.


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

They should do some homework as to their needs for repair or purchases for their gear.
