How did you get started in this business?
After 14 years as a Physical Plant Engineer for a 22 bed facility, took training and licensing test for a contractors license in California.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We usually work with home owners. We have worked with large general contractors on some hotel room upgrades and some steel building erection.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire us! Look at their previous work that is inline with the project you are considering and have a conversation with the previous clients about their interaction with the contractor.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Without plans, get a clear understanding of what you want to accomplish, look at materials you would like to use, and be open about what you can and cannot afford. Remember that we can not see inside the walls, so there may be additional work required to make the project a success.
