What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every job is unique in it's own way as is every customer. From the very first call to set up your appointment to the final walk through we are asking questions. All of the details matter as well as the experience. We want to make sure our customers are being heard and we are giving them what they are asking for. Communication is key to ensuring jobs go smoothly and that customers have a great experience with the process as well.
