What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have been contacted by a customer, we usually return a call with in a couple hours. Will then set an appointment to come out and do an initial consultation. There is no charge for this. If we agree on the scope of work we will enter into a contract and get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career as a fire fighter in the US forest service. I was a part of the largest reforestation campaign in the history of California literally planting thousands of trees. I've worked in the tree care industry since the early 90s. I have been a certified arborist since 1995. I've been planting trees and designing and installing landscapes for over 15 years. In fact most of my clients are people I did tree work for and just hired me to do the landscape.
