What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting a proyect with new customers, I like to listen to them and make a custom plan. Some customers will want a one-time service or a schedule concurrent service. I will then create a quote base on the work and service they need . A rough quote can be done over the phone, but will be adjusted in person for a more accurate quote I will meet the customer at their home and have them walk over the areas and work they like done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the house business for 11 years, starting in 2008. I have built my skills on the job and through managing my own company, which I started three years ago.

The pricing is not standard, the pricing depends on the sizes of the house , the type of cleaning, customers desires, and the current state of the home.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started through a friend while I was in school! I need to make extra money and enjoyed the freedom of this job, being able to work closely with customers, and making my own schedule!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with both residential and comercial, and business customers, I have been contracted with home owners , on a concurrent business, I have worked also with offices, schools and restaurants.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was very fond of the cleaning i just provide to a home last week. She wants things done in a certain way and mentioned that she enjoys composing ! I noticed that she was aware of the environmental climate and proceeded to ask her if she wanted environmentally friendly cleaning products. She said yes and was very happy! She said she wants to keep me on a contract basis. As she was very pleased with my attention to detail!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I think that you want to look for an individual who is willing to meet your needs, has flexibility, and understanding. I think that is important to have a housecleaner who is willing to walk through your cleanliness needs. Someone who is detail oriented and patient. I think that markers the difference. Sometimes customers want to use certain products or they are open to using their products I provide! As long as there is communication, we can make it work!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
custommers should ask if they bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies? How you will get gain access to home? What services are included or can be custom made ? How long the cleaning service are in business? And if they can get a quote in writing ? And if they are allergic in any products? How munch time will take to clean my home?
