What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Receive their request either through our website or phone call. Establish their needs, their schedule needs and provide them with a competitive quote. We then send out one of our experienced and professional cleaners who are punctional and effecient. We make sure to disynfect everything we clean. Once job is completed client will then be billed and asked to complete an optional brief survey and review.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always look for a company that values its employees because that value and respect will be reflected back to you and you will receive a higher quality product and service.
