Raphael was very professional and patient in explaining what needed to be done to fix the issues. Over the years I had 3 previous plumbers tell me the repair Raphael did could not be done without having to change my shower to one that is hand held, which I did not want (I have a claw foot bathtub). Raphael had no problem doing the complicated repair, then making time to do an unscheduled repair on my sink. He is a very kind and competent individual.
