Distribution: Panels, transformers 15 to 500kva, pvc pipe, emt pipe, gutters, bust stack, gear, busway, light,metercans finish connection, trouble shooting, etc. Moved heavy boxes, containers and pallets with the use of hand trucks and pallet jacks. Reviewed blueprints and specifications to understand each job and plan the correct sequence, minimizing errors and avoiding wasted materials. Investigated and traced faults in existing electrical systems to correct malfunctions. Used basic carpentry skills to drill holes, tack down wiring and professionally finish visible areas of the building’s electrical system. Removed and replaced damaged and worn out parts to resolve problems and maintain the system’s functionality. Laid out wiring, boxes and other components to efficiently install new systems. Advised owners on the safety and performance of the system, including necessary repairs to bring it into compliance with current codes. Planned project work based on blueprints, budget limitations and the individual customer’s preferences.
