What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Speak to a Green Grounds rep over the phone regarding your project.
Step 2: We'll schedule a time that works for you to meet in person regarding your project.
Step 3: You will receive an estimate on site or within 24 hours of our meeting depending on the scope of your project.
Step 4: If a project is confirmed we will create and sign a contract. The contract includes the approved estimate, a payment schedule and a schedule for your job.
Step 5: We will begin work on your project keeping you informed and involved throughout the entire process.
Step 6: Before we receive final payment for a job we will complete a walkthrough of your project to ensure that every part of our work has been completed to yours and our standards of quality.
