5 star service! I called emely house cleaning a day before I needed their service and was told that was okay and they could be there the next day at 8 am. I was told that they would be sending me three people to clean my condo in Beverly Hills. They were prompt, thorough and had great customer service skills. They were also very kind and nice people. They were quiet and so sweet. Magdelena came to check on their progress and woah was I in for a pleasant surprise. She is amazing! She made sure everything was going well and told me if afterwards I needed something cleaned more or if I wasnt satisfied with something they would clean it again. But the house is spotless and is in perfect condition for my boyfriends mother to come stay with us! I would definitely recommend Magdelenas team to anyone that wants a job well done. I will for sure be calling them for next time! Thank you so much Magdelena! Youre a great woman.

I love that I called and got a voice on the phone to hear what I needed not an automated service . They listened to what I needed and didnt try to sell me on anything else. They were so helpful in working with my schedule which I appreciate because I work as well. They did an amazing job and I would with no doubt recommend them again and again ... and use them myself again and again. Best of all I know their prices were really fair

They brought 3 people in for a deep cleaning of my house 1,635 sq. ft. We had just removed some walls and added laminate floors so there was dust and dirt everywhere. They came in asked me what I needed done and got right to work. They were all nice and very informative, they did our whole house in 2.5 hours which is awesome since they did so much detailed cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.

They did such a nice job! I contacted Emely the day before I needed my apartment cleaned, and they were able to send two wonderful people out to accommodate my tight schedule. They arrived on time and got right down to business. My place looks great! I would definitely recommend them and will be using their services again in the future.

We really needed our townhome cleaned, especially the bathrooms as we had not given it a really deep clean for about a year. I emailed Emely House Cleaning and they were extremely prompt and gave us a quote which I appreciated. We did a deep clean which was about $180 for 2 hours and three cleaners. We ended up using them for three hours as the place is large and much cleaning needed to be done... I have to say, we are very very satisfied. We will use them again in the future! They were very responsive and they did an especially great job in the bathrooms! Removed all the stains/mildew/everything I have tried to get rid of but couldnt.

Also, they texted me before arrival and were very prompt; came 10 minutes early.
