What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have an extended chat as to what they would like me do. Or have them send me a list so that I can prepare to get the items needed prior to arrival to complete their list without having to got out again and get needed items.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. Degress in Building Construction and Certifiate in Electrical construction and maintenance.
